The AI Shadow: AI’s Influence on Perceived Value in L&D

Are we falling into AI’s shadow? As AI's capabilities expand, there's a looming risk that the intrinsic value of human ingenuity in L&D is being quietly overshadowed. As humans, we are often influenced by our cognitive biases—biases that, as irrational as it is, can lead us to question the worth of human-led efforts once AI enters the equation. 

It's an unsettling phenomenon: The more we integrate tools like ChatGPT into our workflows, the greater the chance that our own contributions (and our end products) are seen as less valuable, even when the AI is merely a tool that we wield.
